Today we focus on creating a sustainable and thriving inner environment, not only to increase our own enjoyment, but to contribute to the co-creation of a thriving planetary environment.

Beginning with some freeform proprioceptive movement and then delving into our vertebral column and outerbody, let’s investigate how we can come into a deeper alignment with the life force that permeates our world. Adjusting our inner territory, even a few degrees (! pun intended), not only makes life more enjoyable, it has consequences that reverberate outwards through every smidgeon of this universe.
